interface between diversity and nonprofit effectiveness.
Understanding and developing the full potential
of the talents of a diverse board and staff is a great strategic advantage.
How can the talents of people with different voices, skills, backgrounds,
perspectives and experiences be incorporated successfully, with dignity, to
enhance the vision, values and goals of a nonprofit agency or any other
organization?
Participants in this three day, in-depth
seminar will explore the important link between diversity and nonprofit effectiveness, and
identify ways to enhance the power of diversity in their organizations.

Dimensions and complexity

Examine barriers to inclusiveness.

Designing, implementing and monitoring enhanced inclusiveness
approaches for both individuals and their organization.

Each participant will develop a diversity action plan for an
organization.

class session. A $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from refunds
