Discover a
range of skills and strategies to succeed as a nonprofit manager.
One of the persistent challenges in
managing the staff and volunteers of a 21st Century nonprofit is to
provide effective supervision and leadership amidst constant challenge
and change. In this one-day workshop, learn about the situational
approach to management and supervision, and how to tailor and employ a
range of approaches, skills, and strategies to succeed as a nonprofit
manager.
Seminar Content
- History of a
situational approach to leadership.
- Understanding of leadership
styles in the context of staff and team development.
- A self-assessment of your primary
leadership styles.
- Understanding leadership in terms of
flexibility and effectiveness.
Fee Information:
$195 for one, and $175 for each additional
agency representative
(Fee includes light breakfast, lunch and
seminar materials)

Full refunds will be given
when cancellations are made at least five working days before the first
class session. A $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from refunds
when notification occurs fewer than five working days before class
begins. No refunds will be made after the first session has begun.
