Learn the process by which to plan and lead

It’s often said that the only constant in today’s world is change!
But a key issue for many community organizations is the challenge of
bringing to life the changes and that are most important and relevant to
organizational impact. Effective nonprofit leaders understand and
leverage the forces that are influencing their organizations to ensure
that the changes they need are successfully implemented and sustained.
These leaders empower their organizations by engaging and focusing the
energy of the change process to drive results.
This workshop, conducted in two half-day sessions, is designed to
prepare nonprofit leaders who have plans to implement a major change
initiative in their organization or community to plan and begin to
implement the change leadership process.
