Phyllis Becker is a Senior Fellow of the Midwest Center for Nonprofit Leadership. Phyllis' professional experience includes community assessment and development, training and facilitation, program and curriculum development and consultation in the human and social services arena. Phyllis was also the Director of Training for the Northwest Region, State of Missouri Division of Youth Services.
