Understanding Pension Fund Fiduciary

workshop for administrators of qualified retirement plans.
On
September 14, 2010 (7:30 a.m. –
11:30 a.m.), the Midwest Center for Nonprofit Leadership at UMKC and
Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, in collaboration with the U.S. Department
of Labor, will co-sponsor a free workshop,
Understanding Your Fiduciary Responsibilities, for senior
executives, human resource administrators, and related personnel of
nonprofits that sponsor qualified retirement plans for their employees.
This workshop will provide
important information and updates regarding interrelated fiduciary
issues for the people who serve in these roles, including:
